PlacementGuru was a passion project of mine for around 2 years. The goal was to help prospective placement students secure top roles.
I have some fantastic memories from running PlacementGuru, it taught me a lot about design and community management, as well as how not to do marketing!
Unfortunately, I had to cut off the project around November of 2021, to focus on my freelance web design business. However, the platform was very well received and I helped some students secure incredible roles, including one member who was offered a role with Goldman Sachs!
This was also when I generated my first ever digital sale, and knew that I was on the right path to developing my skills in an area that I really enjoyed.

This project was fully motivated by its community element - I loved helping students that were one year behind me.
